This is our process:
I. Book the date.
When you book with Estes Productions, the booking process is very seamless and straightforward through our website. You can book your date, pay for your package, sign, and download your agreement with ease.
II. Pre wedding meeting.
As we get closer to your date, we have you fill out a wedding day questionnaire to get a feel for your style you want for your wedding, along with any requests you may have. This gives us the info to film your wedding the best way possible. We will also meet with you via phone or video call 2 weeks before the wedding to go over any last-minute details.
III. wedding day.
The day is finally here, and you have hired the best team to film your day. We will work with all the vendors to make sure we capture your day the best way possible.
Whether it's getting the precise detail shots, or the reaction of your spouse seeing you for the first time. We are there for you!
IV. Deliver memories.
Delivery is done via our client gallery for easing sharing with family and friends. Your whole package will also be delivered to you via USB, where you can easily store your videos to look back on for years to come.

When choosing a wedding cinematographer, you need to ask yourself these questions...
- Do they have a particular style you love, or are they willing to work with you on developing your potential style?
- Have they shot religious ceremonies before and can abide by some churches' strict rules, as well as know the parts of religious ceremonies?
- Do they have the proper gear, such as "HIGH-END" cameras and lenses, dance floor lights, and the proper audio gear to capture your vows and toasts in the best way possible?
Do they have business insurance?
- A lot of venues today are starting to require vendors to have business insurance to operate at their location.
